ROSSLYN METRO CENTER

The evolving Rosslyn neighborhood needs an update to better fit the area and an expanding group of patrons. Bob’s team, organizing uses around a central plaza, realized early on that guiding foot traffic around new space would be a challenge; and that the new plaza, North Moore Street, North Fort Myer Street and the Metro entrance all needed to be connected.
The creation of the 18th Street corridor connects these various entrance points and allows for easier access and navigation. The updated design concept is four levels with retail outlets, an entertainment plaza, outdoor dining, office space and overall access to a wider variety of services, products and experiences that elevate the Rosslyn neighborhood.
